520 _aEmployment and Labor Relations Act, 2004 prohibits discrimination, direct or indirect discrimination against a worker in any employment policy on the grounds of race, nationality, birth, gender, pregnancy, marital status, or marital status. man’s, political orientation, disability or AIDS, age or living life.
